Our business is growing! and require a Welder/Metal Fabricator, to join our Fabrication
team. This position is:
- Full Time Permanent Position
- Immediate Start
- Attractive Remuneration
Key Responsibilities for this position include:
- Welding aluminium components with welding equipment as specified by layouts,
engineering drawings, work orders, or verbal instructions. - Set-up, laying out work using jigs/fixtures or hand layouts to fabricate parts and/or
rework finished products. - Operate electrical, air and hand power tools, grinders, cutting torch, and other hand
tools related to specific job needs. - Read, understand, and follow job order specifications, engineering drawings, and/or
work orders. - Accurately measure and cut materials.
- Take pride and care for own work.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Previous experience working as a welder/metal fabricator in MIG/TIG Welding.
- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade.
- Punctual, reliable and hard-working.
- Must take the highest level of pride in their work.
- Ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines.
- Forklift Licence.
