Our Bronco V5 Tray is the top-tier tray in the Bronco family. Offering features that you cannot find on any other variants, the V5 represents the evolution of Bronco Built trays.
Offering everything the V4 has to offer, such as an integrated fuel filler in the headboard, infill side-steps, one-piece flared guards, and the headboard being water tank-compatible (things you won’t find on the V3), our V5 tray also offers the exclusive “RHS” style headboard and ladder racks, as well as the V5 “integrated” style toolboxes.

Highlighted Features
Included as a standard feature on a V5 tray, this headboard features a 75mm RHS bar, matched to cabin shape, with fitted window mesh protection. The headboard is also compatible to suit a 36L water tank inside the headboard.
Bronco has partnered with Newton Equipment (UK) to supply the Aero 300 Lockable Fuel Cap. Newton Equipment are designers and manufacturers of world class tank filler caps. Their products are manufactured to the highest quality and are typically found on aircraft and speciality vehicles.
Our one-piece flared mud guards are the perfect aesthetic addition to our trays. Made from 2.5mm thick aluminium, the one-piece design is not only stylish, but also helps to contain dirt and other debris flung from the tyres.
Bronco have worked closely with Gough Plastics to develop our own 36L poly moulded Headboard Water Tank. Built exclusively to suit the V4 & V5 Trays, the tank is built into the Tray Headboard.
Features a lockable cap engraved with “WATER”.
LED’s are the future of automotive lighting. We have partnered with LED Autolamps to bring you the best LED taillights on the market. We have three options available to choose from: “Maxilamp”, “355 Series” or “385 Series”.
Bronco Built are qualified industrial coaters, with all work being completed here in our Bathurst factory. Powder coating is a durable, industrial finish that is best suited for protecting ute trays and 4×4 accessories.

Can the trays be made to a custom length?
No, we have a number of standard sizes and lengths that suit most factory vehicles.
Can the LED tail lights be fitted for any vehicle?
The 355 and 385 have a “sequential” indicator, it races from the inside to outside like some European cars. This sequential light won’t work on all vehicles. It is known not to work on the Amarok, RAM, and Older BT50 (2012-2020). Only Maxilamp lights can be fitted on these models.
Do the over-centre latches easily jam?
No, Bronco latches do not jam or get stuck, an occurrence which is common on this type of latch when a powder coated finish is applied.
Can my tray be shipped for me?
Yes, we can ship your tray or canopy to any one of our fitting agents across the country. Note: some dealerships are also able to fit our trays, we can ship to these locations too.

Warranty & Maintenance Requirements
Bronco Built offers a 5-year structural warranty from the date of purchase for all products purchased after 10/4/2023. Any Bronco Built product purchased before this date will need to refer to the original warranty information at the time of purchase.
- It is good practice to regularly check all bolts and mounting points to ensure they are all secure, for all accessories fitted to your vehicle
- It is good practice to regularly maintain your BRONCO product – this includes reasonable cleaning and storage procedures
